The 3's in c2 and c3 and the 3 in row 1 define the position of the 3 in box 1 at cell c1r2.

 

 

 

This time, just the 8's in rows 4 and 5 are enough to define the 8 at c8r6 for box 6.
The new 4 helped us here.

 

Same applies to the 6 found in box 9.
