Grants
are provided for a specific project or task.
Only certain projects are eligible for grants.
Grants will only fund 10% to 60% of the project, the balance must
come from the business.
Many
of the subjects below have cash grants or free support from UK government,
European Union, Regional Development Agencies, local authorities,
County Enterprise Boards, Chambers of Commerce, Business Links and
some charitable organisations.

is recommended.
If you do it yourself then the size of the potential grant must
be balanced against the months of work and man hours spent applying
for it with no guarantee of a result.
