As the size of the puzzle increases, so does the possibility of multiple answers.

The 8 and 16 in box 2 and box 6 are paired in row and col. so can be swapped.

The 5 and 7 in box 9 and box 13 are paired in row & col. so can be swapped.

Many people picked this up.

A more unusual multiple answer is where the blue cells in cols 3 and 14 can change when combined with the paired 5 and 7 in the green cells mentioned above.
